Item Description
Original Marx cardboard box contains 12" long pressed steel toy w/plastic wheels. Marx, 1950s. Control decal on dash and sides of lever-operated dump bed have "Lumar Mobile Dump" decals on each side. Original rubber smokestack slightly bent but toy is o/w Exc. w/Marx factory inventory string tag around steering wheel. Unusual design, dump bed is in the front of the vehicle w/seat facing forward at back. Nice construction toy produced to compete w/Tonka. Box has trace of handling wear w/staple holes to top flaps. VF/Exc. Scarce box.
