Item Description
7/8" by W&H. Whitney was Secretary of the Navy in Cleveland's first administration and an opponent of Tammany. Extreme outer edge of the celluloid has some pinpoint indents as made but the piece is undamaged other than a tiny 1/16" hairline on the reverse cello next to the metal back. Rare.
