Item Description
Thin art board has 5x17.75" India ink image area with three panels. Mickey is leaving for work and sees Morty reading “Big Business” book. He drives away proudly in his convertible, then gets home to find Morty working in garage w/sign on front “Morty’s Kite Mfg. Co.” Art is dated 12-29 with 1962 Walt Disney Productions © sticker as well as King Features Syndicate sticker. “Walt Disney” ink signature by staff artist is just above date. Art has applied zipatone dot pattern shading which has tanned in a few places as typical over the years, otherwise art is Exc. Nice example penciled by long time Mickey strip artist Floyd Gottfredson and inked by Manuel Gonzales.
