Item Description
1.75" promotional button from comedy troop to promote their sixth record album which was titled "Not Insane Or Anything You Want." The "Not Insane!" text appears at the center of this button with the name of the party above "Nat'l Surrealist Light Peoples Party" with their slogan 'Stop Killing Lizards!' and naming their fictional character "Papoon For Resident!" Some tiny air marks show in reflected light. Essentially Mint as issued. In April, 1973 John Lennon was photographed wearing one of these "Not Insane!" buttons during his famous "Nutopia" press conference.
