Item Description
1" long wings in silver flanking blue enamel circle with the initials of the nation's oldest aviation organization. The NAA is the official record keeper for United States Aviation. In 1905 the Aero Club Of America was founded and then in 1922 the NAA was incorporated as the Aero Club's successor. This piece, like the previous and next item, is from the estate of aviation engineer and inventor Carl B. Chupp. Back of the piece has inscription "LGB/Sterling." Reverse has threaded post and screw cap. A little tarnish but otherwise Mint as issued.
