Item Description
Items range from the smallest 7/8" button in the top row to the 10" tall ribbon down the left side. Group starts with ribbon badge for 1912 meeting of "National Railway Appliances Associations." Next is beautiful celluloid stickpin although the Harrisburg B. Of L.F. ribbons show some age. Stickpin is Mint. Next are two B. Of L.E. convention badges from 1910 and 1915. Ribbon on the 1915 one has some small splitting. Next with 1.75" suspended highly domed celluloid is from union O.R.C. and probably from the late 1890s. Minor age on the fabric with the celluloid pieces Mint. Next from "Longfellow Lodge" is heavy white metal badge with celluloid "BRRT" logo at center. Next comes 1911 and 1958 convention badges from B.R.T. At the far left is the large "Joppa Lodge/B. of R.T." ribbon badge probably from the 1890s with hand engraved brass hanger and with black on silver funeral ribbon badge on the reverse. A little loss of gold color from the letters but still Fine. To the right of that are a pair of BRT convention badges the upper one from 1954 and the lower from 1960. Next are a pair of Norfolk and Western Veteran Association convention badges from the 1930s. Bottom right showing stream liner train is from Veterans Association of "The Milwaukee Road." Light dust soil on the ribbon with the celluloid Mint. Last is from an outing of the "Reading Street Railway & Coach Co." to "Playland Park/Rye, N.Y." This appears to be from the 1930s if not earlier and is Exc. 15 nice pieces ranging from Fine to Exc.
