Albert says “I Found Foster, D’ You See Kelly?” Pogo says “No, But I Spot His Unspeakable Spoor..” An ace of spades card and two cigar butts are on ground. Art is inscribed in ink “To My Foster Son, Thanks, Don. Walt”. Minor age toning, otherwise bright and Exc. Foster was a key animator on “The Pogo Special Birthday Special”, and worked on “How The Grinch Stole Christmas, The Bugs Bunny/Road- Runner Movie” among others.
