Item Description
3” button with 1966 copyright on curl by United Features Syndicate, Inc. Normally copyright dates on Peanut items have little relevance to the date of actual issue but in this case the 1966 date is accurate. Button is extremely clean with just small tan mark by Lucy's raised hand. Comes with 1", also with 1966 copyright, "Snoopy For President." This is his earliest spoof presidential campaign button. Couple faint tan dots on left side. Full gloss. Next is 1.25" "Snoopy Power" from the 1960s. Unauthorized. NM.
