Item Description
Pair of 10x12" sheets of animation paper, both featuring images of the Matador from the 1938 animated short "Ferdinand The Bull." First sheet is marked "Sc. 60 - R.S. 9" and has image area measuring 3.75x7.5". Done in lead pencil, art depicts Matador from the shins up, smacking his forehead in frustration. Second sheet is marked "40" at lower right and has drawn scale at right. Image area measures 4x6.25" and shows Matador losing his cool, stomping ground as his hat flies off his head. Image is done in lead pencil. Sheets have lt. handling wear/aging but art areas remain Exc. Great expressive pair, based on Walt Disney himself.
