Poster design by Mark Arminski features skull w/hypnotic swirl designs over eyes set against star and flames bkg. Arminski's distinctive signature appears at bottom in blue felt tip pen. Williams has inscribed/signed in black felt tip pen "To Mark," adding "2002" date. The other three signatures are from members of The Swingin' Demons - Eris Reischling, JP Reischling and Steve Jagenaw, all of whom have signed in black felt tip pen, adding "Killer Poster, Thankx!" and "Thanks Mark!" inscriptions.
