3-5/8x10". Center with seated Columbia holding aloft a flag in one hand with the other hand resting on an anchor. Top graphic represents the state of Pennsylvania with "Franklin County Delegation" below. Followed by "Harrison, Tyler, and Constitutional Liberty." Below graphic reads "The Currency Of Washington Is All We Want./Charge, Whigs, Charge!/One More Fire Along The Whole Line Of The Office Holders & The Victory Will Be Yours." A few small tan marks.
