3X9.25". Silk. Center has large displayed eagle with arrows and a shield and sailing ship in the background. Top text "Our Country And Her Flag." Sailor holds a flag with one arm and his hat in his upraised other arm. "Native." Below eagle and sailing ship is framed oval bust of Washington enclosed in a corn and oak wreath. "Americans./Published & For Sale By W.A. Germon, 215 Chestnut Street 2nd Door Above 7th Philadelphia" at bottom. Exceptional NM condition. Julie Powell Collection.
