Item Description
7.25x23” thin art board w/5x16-3/8” India ink image area w/Tracy at police headquarters in all four panels for Feb. 12. Tracy is directing photographer on what shots to take of Rughead Mumbles bust as Sam Catchem and Chief watch. Storyline has Mumbles and his gang involved in fur smuggling ring. Mumbles got away, and Tracy had Junior mold a clay bust to help in capture. Signed by creator “Chester Gould” in panel four, complete w/Chicago Tribune copyright strip in panel two. Blank margins have a few pencil notes, image area Exc. Nice shots of Tracy.
