3.75" tall unlisted in Hake. Hanger bar has "rank" in raised letters while chain links suspend portrait medallion marked on the back with the maker name Bastian. The "1916" date appears in gold on the blue ribbon. NM and the first we've seen. Obviously a very limited issue. Don & Mildred Wright Collection.
