This is one button plus a duplicate. Each is 2.25" and each has a metal back with "Badge-A-Minit" imprint. The only related item we could find was a mirror version of this which had the date "1980" along the left side edge. This mirror realized $504.00 in an Anderson Auction in 2012. Both of these are NM and display Mint. Julie Powell Collection.
