Item Description
First is 1.25" showing the 1900 Prohibition candidates "Woolley and Metcalfe." Upper right edge from 9 to 11 o'clock has narrow line of gray stain and in reflected light there are a good many long but very light hairline scratches running vertically. Button still has full gloss and displays well. Some stain on the W&H back paper. Unlisted in Hake. Second is 1.25" classic "No Beer/No Work" showing beer mug. Air mark on bottom edge but totally clean. Next are a pair of 13/16" lithos each reading "National Prohibition Poll" but with one showing a beer barrel and text "I'm Wet" and the other showing a bone to form the rebus slogan "I'm (bone)Dry." Couple of pinpoints of wear on the first. Scarce items.
