Item Description
First is 1.25" with group initials "sds" and slogan "Not With My Life You Don't." Second reads "resist." Both of these carry the curl text "The Molehole, 1230 W. North, Chicago." Full text shows on the first but on the second the word "Chicago" is beneath the collet. The Molehole was a local poster shop/underground store owned by Earl Segal which also published Seed, an underground newspaper launched by Segal and artist Don Lewis. The original store operated May, 1967 to 1974. Surface of the first button is just very slightly uneven to the touch with a couple of tiny air dots that barely show. Both still display essentially Mint. Third item is a 1.25" showing clenched fist and letters "sds", although this is a vintage button c. 1968, as far as we know, it was not an official issue of the group. It also displays Mint.
