17x21" frame contains original acrylic art for 1960 Samuel Lowe Co. coloring book by noted portrait artist George Pollard (1920-2008), who in addition to his portrait work, provided much art for the other Samuel Lowe CO. products. Art depicts The Three Stooges - Curly is dressed in German outfit complete w/lederhosen; Moe is depicted wearing military outfit and newspaper admiral's hat; Larry is depicted wearing clown outfit. Curly holds over-sized pencil and Larry holds over-sized crayon w/blank banner stretched between them. Included acetate overlay w/"The 3 Stooges Funny Coloring Book" title is included taped on reverse of frame. Pollard has signed his name by Curly's feet and art displays NM. Original art for Three Stooges merchandise is rarely seen and this is a stunning example. Ready for display as professionally matted and framed.
