Item Description
Original illustrated cardboard box contains 5" long w/6" wing span, 3.5" tall tin litho airplane w/built-in key. c. 1930s. Red body variety. "Marx" name on underside of tail. Works well, traveling forward/does complete roll over/continues forward. Body and wings have some scattered lt. wear, mainly in the form of small nicks/scratches. Still bright and glossy. Scattered oxidation to built-in key. VF overall. Box shows moderate wear, w/creases and corner tip/edge wear. Interior has had cardboard reinforcement added and partial side panel flap replaced. VG, but still nice for display.
