Lot of nine pieces. All late 1940s. Softcover catalogs are each 6x9". One has cover subtitle "40's" w/40 pages, second catalog has 44 pages. Each has numerous unused flat match packs glued into place, w/larger size match packs in the "40's" catalog. Second catalog has section titled "Mad Cap Maids" w/facing page titled "Daring Dainty Damsels" showing a total of five pin-up designs. Other designs mostly feature examples for local businesses. Four folders range in size from 4x9" to 6x9" w/unused flat matchbooks in three, one w/matchbook graphics. Themes/subject matter includes - gas/oil, sports, restaurants, automobiles, etc. Eight-page brochure has text promoting "How To Sell Them." Group comes w/pair of unused contracts. Covers have a few lt. handling creases, four folders have small ink number at upper left corner. Overall group is VF/Exc. Great designs. Additional photos online.
