Item Description
Lot of three games/game-related items, all dating to the American Civil War era. Included are three 1.5" dia. clay poker chips in red, white and blue. All have central white star (blue for white chip) design surrounded by laurel. White chip has some dust soiling/rubs around edges. Fine. Others are VF/Exc. 2-5/8" tall miniature wooden barrel contains dice game and opens to reveal small pair of carved bone dice and comes w/extra pair of bone dice of the era. Exc. Last items is 2.25x7x2.25" tall original wooden box w/sliding lid that contains complete set of carved bone and ebony dominoes. Each domino has two layers, bone and ebony, fastened together w/small central brass peg. Set has some lt. aging as to be expected and is Exc. overall. Box shows lt. wear and has has lid edge reglued/replaced. Fine/VF.
