Item Description
13x15" overall. Matted full sheet of 5¢ postage stamps appear under glass with 8.5x10.5" image area. Left margin has "Franklin D. Roosevelt" 3" inked signature. On same margin is "Henry Morgenthau, Jr." 3" inked signature. He was FDR's Secretary Of Treasury 1934-1945. Stamps are from 1943-1944 series of U.S. stamps showing flags of nations over run by the axis powers. Represented here is Poland. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
