11x14" matte holds 9x10.5" image area of Truman posing with Rep. Green. Inscription reads "Kindest Regards To Honorable Edith Green From Harry Truman 12-7-62." Inscription and 2.75" signature are done in black ink. Green was a member of the House Of Representatives for 20 years starting in 1955. Truman and Green were long time allies in support of civil rights, women rights and the Democratic party. A 1/16x.25" missing sliver of emulsion positioned in inscription between the words "Kindest Regards" otherwise Exc. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
