7-1/8x11.25" four-page cardstock folder serves as "St. Louis Cardinals Official Score Card And Program" for 1948 game between the Cardinals and the New York Giants. Front has been signed in pencil by Cardinals players Enos Slaughter (HOF), Howard Pollet, Eddie Dyer and Al (Red) Schoendienst (HOF); Giants players Leo Durocher (HOF), Johnny Mize (HOF) and Sid Gordon. Interior (w/unused score card section) has been signed in pencil by Cardinals player Erv Dusak and Giants players Ken Trinkle and Bill Rigney. Scorecard folder is evenly aged and VF overall. Signatures display Exc. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
