Item Description
Original cardboard box contains 14.5" long painted pressed steel truck w/lift gate in back of open panel bed. Marx, 1940s. This is early very dark blue version. Box shows obvious aging and wear w/one edge being completely separated (and could be easily re-glued) and large moisture stain. VG overall. Truck is all original w/small "Firestone" decal over open window cab and larger "Firestone" decals on side of panel bed. Smaller decal has .25" flake at center, all but completely removing the first "E" in name. Larger decals have some scattered wear but are 97% complete. Rest of truck shows scattered wear, most noticeable inside bed, along edges of cab and at tailgate. Right rear fender has 1.5" scratch w/bare metal showing. Fine overall but rare, especially w/box.
