Item Description
Original illustrated cardboard box contains two-piece painted pressed steel and tin litho free-wheeling moving van w/total length of 13.75" long. Charlmar/Marx, 1950s. Box shows moderate wear at end panels, one end has partial end flap and other end has 7.5" edge split. Evenly aged w/.25" and .75" punctures to one main side panel. Good/VG. Cab and trailer bottom are painted pressed steel, top of trailer is tin litho and has lift down door at rear. Text on trailer top includes large "United Van Lines Inc." name w/smaller "Moving With Care - Everywhere" slogan and "United Sanitized Moving Vans" logo. Cab doors also have "United" decals, though these have been covered in shellac and are darkened w/age. Scattered wear in the form of small paint nicks/scratches. Still displays VF overall.
