Thin art board has 12.5x12.5” India ink and watercolor image area w/smiling Hoppy on Topper in western canyon. Art is signed in ink “Dan Spiegle ‘96” at lower right. Spiegle did the comic strip from 1949 to 1955 before going on to Dell, Gold Key, and DC comics as well as doing animation on “Scooby Doo”. Bright and Exc. A classic.
