Large 21.25x43.75" paper poster has been linen-mounted and rolled. This is 1957 Gunther Beer poster featuring the roster of the Baltimore Orioles, not the more commonly seen 1959 poster. Bkg. of poster has Gunther Beer scoreboard noting game between Baltimore Orioles and New York Yankees the day this photo was taken. Players of note include Brooks Robinson and George Kell, both members of the MLB HOF. Poster has all over scattered small age spotting, mainly noticeable in blue sky/clouds area. Poster has had professional restoration w/paint touch-ups along creases and scuffs. These are numerous, but most blend well, giving poster a Fine appearance. Impressive piece to frame and display. Rare.
