12x12x11.25" box, this being store version w/illustrated label showing person wearing helmet (a premium version came w/text-only box). Box has some handling wear and some small surface punctures to front side panel. Label has some even aging and scattered insect damage at edges. Large marker name on side of box. Fine overall. Box contains 10.5" tall clear plastic helmet w/"Space Patrol Commander" decal showing planets and rockets above front face opening. Plastic helmet is aged but decal is 100% complete. 1.5" edge crack at front lower left by opening. Fine/VF. Comes w/13x25" inflatable vinyl vest which doubled as oxygen tanks. Vest was worn around head and draped over shoulders. Thin plastic tube attached at top. Vest inflates, but has two .5" tears where piece that went over head attaches to oxygen tanks, but still displays VF. Rare.
