Item Description
4-1/8x2-1/8". The ticket was for Game 3 at Dunn Field in Cleveland, but was actually Game 6 overall in the series. The Indians had a 3-2 edge over the Dodgers, coming off a game where Bill Wambsganss turned the first unassisted triple play in World Series history and only the second in MLB history at that point. This was a best of nine series, so the win in this game and the win in the following game clinched the Cleveland Indians their first World Series Championship. The stub has no creases and is very clean. VF. An extremely well preserved example with excellent eye appeal.
