Lot of eight catalin plastic items from the 1930s includes four 1.75" tall figural pencil sharpeners w/same design featuring image of Popeye holding freshly-sharpened pencil. Done in four different colors (green, red, orange and yellow), bottom edge of each has tiny 1929 King Features Syndicate, Inc. copyright. Comes w/smaller 1" tall sharpener w/same image but on square sharpener. A few have some scattered lt. wear/aging. Fine/VF-Exc. Lot also includes three 2.75" tall figural napkin rings w/matching Popeye decals on each side. Two green and one red. One green has nick out of hat but decals are o/w complete. Green ring decals have typical crazing and are VF overall while red ring is Exc. w/high gloss.
