Nice qualtiy 11.75x11.75" rayon handkerchief w/2-3/8x3.5" image of five-color Superman image from waist up, breaking chains about his chest. "Superman" comic book title logo underneath w/Superman Inc. copyright. Produced in 1940 by Kenin, Gordon and Zimmerman, Inc. Folded into quarters, handkerchief has tiny spot on back at corner but is o/w totally clean and Exc. w/no signs of wear to Superman image. Another handkerchief was produced w/full figure flying image of Superman, but the variety offered here is not shown in "The Adventures Of Superman Collecting" by Matetsky.
