Item Description
Crisp, clear and clean cardboard photo is held in an embossed brass frame .75" by 1" which has tiny cord at top joining it to a 3.5" long cream colored ribbon while at the top is a straight pin holding the cream colored ribbon to a 3.5" thicker fabric ribbon with blue center stripe and cream colored margin stripes. First we've seen in this format and outstanding NM condition.
