Item Description
Lightly starched coarse fabric 3x3.5" with the remains of a thin wood dowel fabric wrapped across the top edge. The wood has tanned the fabric where it wraps over but the rest of the piece is clean although neatly notated across its surface in pencil reading "From The Great Democratic Jollification At Nashville, Tenn Nov. 23 '93." Only example we've seen.
