Each is 1.25". The first with star and stripe edge is Hake #2. Spring pin holds American flag ribbon with slight bleeding of the red color on to the white stripes but the button itself is essentially Mint. Second has same design but done only in black and white. Surface has small scuff marks but still displays well and is a scarce variety. First button has back paper of National Equipment Co. while second has no paper. Julie Powell Collection.
