Item Description
First is very rarely seen jugate with the text limited to their last names below their oval photos. Reverse is open and with a much wider than usual collet with the interior holding a rarely seen back paper by the Chicago firm Pin-Lock Button. Tiny age traces on the back but none show on the front which displays Mint. Next is 7/8" from 1900 showing McKinley with Connecticut Governor candidate George P. McLean. Very slightest trace of a dent near the top mentioned for accuracy. Button displays Mint and has W&H back paper with additional text "The Two Macs, McKinley/McLean." Tiny speck of surface paper off but does not interfere with the text. Julie Powell Collection.
