Item Description
Hake #3164. 4.25" tall in three metal segments with .75" portrait celluloid mounted on the center star. Three star points surrounding the portrait read "Shall The People Rule". Hanger bar reads "Rochester Democratic Convention Sept. 15." Lower medallion displays and reads "Seal Of The City Of Rochester." Our photo may show a touch of green around the word "Rochester" on the hanger bar but that is now removed and the piece displays essentially Mint. Julie Powell Collection.
