Item Description
19.75" tall cast iron frame has raised "Standard Pressed Steel Company Jenkintown, PA." text. Frame contains 16" dia. double-sided enamel sign w/same design of men and woman getting into bus, as seen from in front of bus. Bus has large "Bus" text at top and "Public Service" text on grille area. Bottom has large "Station" text. c. 1930s. Holed at center as produced. One side shows just lt. pitting to porcelain enamel and is Exc. while other side shows some scattered moderate wear in the form of four .75" to 1" spots w/porcelain enamel off that have been touched up and five .5" spots w/porcelain enamel missing. VG. Frame has been completely restored and displays NM.
