4-1/8" diameter litho tin with four mounting holes on the slightly recessed outer rim edge. Bottom has name of maker "Ericson Des Moines." Across his forehead are a pair of hairline scratches but not even deep enough to break through the paint layer so really just showing mostly in certain reflected light angles. A similar .75" scratch crosses his nose. The only actual paint loss are a couple of pinpoint dots on the top rim edge and a couple tiny specks off his shirt next to his tie.
