Item Description
18.75x23.5" frame contains die-cut cardboard display w/flattened size of 15x19". Countertop display for Italian "Cirio Topolino" chocolate bars that were sold for £0.50. c. 1936. Front of bin is designed like a woven basket, and was designed for three-dimensional display. One of Mickey Mouse's die-cut ears has crease. Minnie's one ear has been reattached w/neat glue repair and other ear has ink touch-up to crease. Display has some additional lt. scattered wear but color remains strong and displays VF/Exc. as framed. Scarce.
