This image was first used in "TV Guide" in 1978, accompanying an article Sendak wrote about his affinity for Mickey Mouse. Issued by The Rosenbach Museum & Library of Philadelphia, PA. on May 13, 1981, this print has been signed by Sendak in black ink at lower left and has "367/500" hand-numbered edition number at lower right. The print was issued on the occasion of the opening of the exhibition "Maurice Sendak: The Artist's Collection Of Children's Toys, Books, And Drawings" that was hosted at The Rosenbach.
