Item Description
Lot of three original first printing posters, each for concerts that took place in 1967. Each poster features art by Bonnie MacLean and measure between 14x21" and 14x21.25". BG-77 is for Aug. 8-13, 1967 concerts at the Fillmore Auditorium that featured Electric Flag, Moby Grape, Steve Miller Blues Band and South Side Sound System. MacLean used band photo by Jim Marshall in her design. Top center margin has three pinholes. Upper left corner has sliver of darker moisture staining, lower left corner has small crease. VF overall. BG-84 is for Sept. 21 and 23, 1967 concerts at the Fillmore and Sept. 22 concert at the Cow Palace that featured Blue Cheer, Vanilla Fudge, Sunshine Company and Donovan. Corner tip wear w/moderate handling wear/creasing at bottom left. Three pinholes at top center. VF overall. BG-87 is for Oct. 5-7, 1967 concerts at the Fillmore Auditorium that featured Quicksilver Messenger Service, Grass Roots and Mad River. Vertical .25" tear at top center, o/w VF. All are vibrant and graphic posters.
