6x8" origin storybook w/32 pages. ©1933 Kellogg Co. and issued as a premium. Illustrated storybook features full color art by Phil Nolan and Dick Calkins. Last page features illustration w/"Kellogg's Breakfast Of The World" text featuring a boy being served by a robot. Back cover shows various Kellogg's products. Bright, glossy paper. Cover has handling wear w/pinch creases to spine, some handling creases and three small punctures to front cover and first page. Fine overall. 5x7.75", manual w/16 pages issued by Cream of Wheat. 1936. Inside front cover shows a photo of radio Buck Rogers and Wilma Deering, other contents include "Secret Of The Solar Scouts," information on becoming a spaceship commander and six pages featuring illustrations of a total of 18 different premiums. These include lead figures, Repeller Ray Ring, pocket knife, pistol and holster, patch, uniform, club badges (see item #1164), girl's Wilma pendant and chain, etc. Manual is complete w/unused two-page center attachment consisting of sign-up sheet for new members plus order blanks for premiums. Designated "Name/Address" lines on back cover remain blank. Scattered lt. dust soiling to covers w/pinch creases to spine and some penciling on front cover. Manual remains quite bright and Fine/VF w/clean, unused and Exc. contents. Scarce as unused w/intact blanks.
