Item Description
6-5/8x8.75" four-page illustrated folder for 1933 premium. Opens to 6-5/8x13". Front of folder includes detailed text on the premium book while inside features great illustrations including a pair of sample cut-outs. Back cover includes a "30-Day Cocomalt Test" which was to be sent in to obtain the book. Folder has even all over lt. aging w/some staining at top/bottom right corners and moderate handling wear, w/creases and small margin tears. Tape repair to .75" spine split at top, 1-5/8" tear on back page at center fold and back bottom corner. VG overall. Scarce.
