Sheet has central vertical crease w/five additional horizontal creases. Sheet has lt. wear as folded w/a few tiny holes at center fold crease intersections. Some 1" archival tape repairs on reverse. Overall clean and Fine. Great for framing. Wonderful design. Comes w/2.25x3-7/8" stiff card from 1944 acquired by sending offer coupon clipped from newspaper comic strip. These cards were first issued in 1939 (in yellow), this is white cardstock version of card issued in the 1940s. Includes individual's "Secret Number" along w/penciled name, Buck Rogers portrait/facsimile signature as well as photo of a model of "Inter-Planetary Battle Cruiser" (as seen on model sheet in this lot).
