Item Description
Pair of shelf display boxes for individual drink mix packets. First is 4x8.75x8.25" (including header) display for Kool-Aid that features two images of Kool-Aid Man pitchers. Invented by Edwin Perkins in 1927, General Foods bought Kool-Aid in 1953 and the Kool-Aid Man was introduced shortly thereafter, making this display (©1956) an early use of the beloved character. Sectioned into three compartments, display holds 12 single packets, each are unused "Tangerine - New Flavor!" Exc. Display shows shelf wear w/some creasing to front. VF overall. Comes w/3.25x9.5x8" tall (including header) display for Robin Hood Flour Mix-Ade, a Canadian Kool-Aid-like drink mix. 1960s. Sectioned into three compartments, display holds 34 single packets, each are unused Lemon flavor. Exc. Display shows shelf wear w/creasing to header display and edge/corner tip wear. Fine/VF.
