Sign notes "Listen To Jack Armstrong Station For Full Details," leaving space for station call letters. Sign promotes the "Cub Pilot Corps," an actual flying course advertised at bottom. By sending two Wheaties cereal box tops and 10¢, one would receive "Piper Cub Pre-Flight Kit" that consisted of Pilot Trainer, Flight Manual, Corps Wings, Official Insignia transfers and newsletter. Sign also mentions $11,760 in flight scholarships and grand prize of a real Piper airplane. Originally folded, paper sign has now been mounted to cardboard. Scattered small tears to top margin w/2" tear at center left. Scattered margin tears. Fine overall as mounted, but would look nice framed. Scarce.
