27x41" one-sheet movie poster for the classic 1968 sci-fi film produced and directed by Stanley Kubrick. The screenplay was written by Kubrick and Arthur C. Clarke, and was partially inspired by Clarke's short story "The Sentinel." This is the Style B poster featuring art of astronauts by Bob McCall. This is from the "70 MM Version" release as stamped on back at upper left corner. Poster has been folded and subsequently rolled. Pinholes/small tears at corners w/staple hole at top center margin and moderate age spotting along lower margin. Bottom fold line has moderate creasing along it. Fine overall, but would look nice framed. Classic sci-fi poster.
