Item Description
5.5x7.5x16" tall metal mechanical dispenser w/enamel front by Shipman Mfg. Co. of Los Angeles, CA. Front has three coin slots at top, two at left/right for 10¢ stamps w/center slot for 5¢ stamps, open spaces below coin slots for displaying stamps. Once coins were inserted, desired of three metal levers were pulled and stamps were dispensed "In Sanitary Folders" below to "Protect Your Health!" Lock at bottom center, but w/o key. Undated, but stamps were 5¢ and 10¢ in 1974-1975. Coin slots have some aging to metal around them and lower right corner under coin return lever has .25x.5" flake off enamel. Dispenser is o/w Exc. Comes w/21 thin cardboard sheets measuring 10.5x15.25". Each is perforated and each perforated section has different fortune, joke or saying. Scattered wear w/1" area of staining to two sheets. Fine-VF/Exc.
