8.5x11x2.75" deep window box contains costume ©1964 Natl. Broadcasting Co. Box shows scattered wear/aging and is missing most of cellophane window. .75" tear at left by window. Fine overall. Thin vacuform plastic mask depicts Osamu Tezuka's boy robot character Astro Boy. Mask is somewhat flattened and w/o elastic strap. .5" crack at mouth and pair of .25" and smaller 1/8" cracks at lower left chin area. VG overall but still quite displayable. Size Small (4/6) rayon costume w/fuzzy shirt portion has near full body image of Astro Boy flying w/"Astro Boy" name on chest. Arms/legs have typical moderate and scattered moisture spotting/aging, but is w/o splits/tears. Fine overall, but chest area remains clean and displays Exc. Scarce.
